The living room is stylish and spacious, decorated with plush seating including a super comfortable sofa which turns into a luxurious bed that sleeps two, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach. A large window adorned with light curtains, allows plenty of natural light, creating a bright and airy space to come together.

Featuring a sumptuous double bed with crisp white linens, the bedroom can sleep up to two guests. The minimalist decor, neutral tones and soft lighting create a peaceful and inviting atmosphere, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Neighborhood
The property is in a truly amazing location, just off of the iconic St James Street, moments from the seafront and Brighton Palace Pier. It really is the perfect place for a seaside break! The Kemptown area is known for its quirky independent shops, cafes and bars, and most of Brighton's best restaurants and pubs are within easy walking distance. Kemptown has a distinct, vibrant feel and is a full of talented artists.

The famous North Laine area just a 10 minute walk away, and is a hub of independent shops and eateries and an amazing spot for people watching. You can also explore The Lanes and get lost in the maze of winding streets, with its array of jewellery shops, cafes and pubs.

The Brighton Station is about a 20 minute walk, and that gives you a chance to enjoy the beautiful and vibrant North Lanes.

The Brighton Centre is about a 10 minute walk along the seafront, and just a little further along is the i360, which is worth a visit on a clear day with its stunning panoramic views of Brighton and the coast.
