Richmond Place Apartment is a recently refurbished apartment with all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay in Liverpool. Boasting two ensuite double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open-plan living and dining area, Richmond Place Apartment is well-suited for weekend getaways and corporate stays. Conveniently located near Everton and just a short drive away from Anfield and the city centre, Richmond Place Apartment offers easy access to both local attractions and the heart of the city!
The Space
Tucked away in the northern area of Liverpool, Richmond Place Apartment is the perfect accommodation for city breaks with friends, family getaways and corporate stays.
The apartment welcomes you with an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the crockery, pots and pans you need for cooking at home. The Nespresso coffee machine and access to a washer/dryer are additional features for your convenience.
The dining table features two benches and two dining chairs, comfortably accommodating a group of 6 guests. In the living room, you'll find a large wall-mounted Smart TV and a sofa that easily converts into a comfy double bed.
The door to your right leads to the master bedroom, offering lovely views of a mini garden and the neighbourhood through the floor-to-ceiling window. You'll find a wardrobe, a mirror, and a stool for vanity use. The bathroom features a bath with an overhead shower, along with your own access to a WC.
Just opposite this room is the second bedroom, furnished with a double bed and equipped with a wall-mounted hanging rack for your clothes. It has its own bathroom with a shower, WC, and washbasin.
Both bedrooms are beautifully designed with a mix of grey and white interiors, furnished in grey and pastel hues, creating a relaxing vibe perfect for a good night's sleep or waking up to a lovely morning.
Neighborhood
If you love nature, then Richmond Place Apartment is the accommodation for you. It is perfectly located with many park attractions just a short drive away! Everton Park, St. John's Gardens, and St. George's Hall are all within a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. If you fancy venturing into the city centre or Anfield Stadium, there are transport links nearby.
Liverpool has many attractions with more museums and galleries than any other UK city outside of the capital! Hop on the Mersey Ferries River Explorer Tour for some of the absolute best views of Liverpool’s world famous waterfront. Stop off at Spaceport for all things intergalactic or the U-Boat Story for a fascinating insight into the World War II submarine. You’ll be spoilt for choice with Liverpool’s seven museums looking at the city’s maritime history as well as art and music.
Concert Square is in the heart of Liverpool with a whole host of bars and clubs very close by. Take a trip to Liverpool ONE, one of the largest outdoor shopping and entertainment centres in the United Kingdom. Here you will find an excellent range of high street and popular brands so you can shop until you drop!
Getting Around
Richmond Place Apartment is within walking distance or a short drive to many of Everton Park's attractions.
If you plan to explore the Liverpool City Centre, or the well-known Anfield Stadium, then there are bus stops at Mansfield Street and Great Richmond Street both within a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Liverpool Lime Street station is less than 15-minutes walk away or just a 5-minute drive.
Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the Richmond Place Apartment is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
Pay and display carparks are nearby and details will be provided prior to your arrival.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift, we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Other Things to Note:
• The apartment is located within a residential building - whilst we are open to accepting stays for events, we ask guests to remain respectful of the other guests and residents in the building.
• We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
• The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
• Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
