Recently stayed here and it was great. A cute cosy little place has all you can need. Watching tv in bed is lovely too. Nice and close to public transport which is super helpful and right near a mega Asda too which is great for groceries. Highly recommended staying here!

Where do I even start... Please read this whole thing if you don't want to end up like us -- not staying the night and leaving! There wasn't enough space below, so I start my negative review in this section. This whole listing is false advertising. You are NOT getting an apartment, you are actually getting a ROOM in a shared FLAT. The room looks nothing like the pictures here. I think they might have used the images of other properties. In case they edit their description, at the moment of booking not once did it say that all the spaces are shared (you do have a tiny toilet in the corner of your room though). So you don't have your own kitchen like you would in an actual apartment. And the shared kitchen again looked nothing like the pictures at all. It was a totally different space! There some extra costs as they are so scared you will do something to their precious room. 175GBP FOR ONE NIGHT isn't enough for them to cover their insurance? This is such a money grab. The access code wasn't sent in a timely manner. Instead of enjoying my trip, I had to send them messages and beg them to send me the code, and then constantly check if they finally sent it. When I called them, there was only an answering machine. That's very unreliable because what if there was an emergency? There is no way to reach them! When they finally sent the code, it was a wrong one, or, to be clear, you needed to put it from right to left rather than left to right. This was so bizzare! So if your code is 4895 try 5984 instead. Imagine our surprise when we finally opened the door and there's a random man hanging out in our "apartment". At first we thought they double booked. Until we realized that we weren't getting an apartment, we were getting a room in a shared flat. There were no instructions on how to find our room. No numbers on the keys or doors. They provided us with only one hand towel and one bigger towel even though it clearly said on the booking that there were 2 of us. There is no sound proofing and we could hear people using the toilet. The whole environment felt really unsafe and more like hostel conditions. Definitely not an apartment. I messaged them expressing my confusion because pictures here are totally different from what we saw, and they NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. Instead, they only sent me a reminder to vacate their property by 10am and to make sure we didn't break anything. That made me laugh as by the time we got that message we were already far away. It was the first time ever that we didn't stay the night in the accommodation we booked. It just felt very sketchy and weird. We chilled there a little bit before our gig but felt so uneasy that decided we'd rather drive 4 hours back after the gig at night than sleep here. One good thing I can say is that the room was quite clean. And if it was 50GBP then I'd say go for it. But for 205GBP?! The audacity to charge that much for a room in a shared flat is actually insane! They do not match other properties at this pcrice point at all. The matrass? Flat and cheap. The pillow? Flat and cheap. The linen? Cheap. What exactly are you charging 205GBP for? It's the worst value for money we've ever had. I don't recommend anyone staying here. You might as well just book a bed in a hostel, at least that will save you money.

We stayed here whilst we visited our daughter in uni. We had no one to look after the dog so had to bring him with us. He settled in straight away and the place met our requirements perfectly. The host was very reliable and responded to any questions I had straight away. All in all the experience was amazing and I will def pass this on to family and friends. I will definitely stay her again
