Place was clean, bright and well located. The decor was excellent. The property is a pain to find. Google maps kept directing us to no:61. Giving people a ' what three words' location would be of great benefit. The people living in no:61 are fed up with people thinking that it is 61a judging by the sign on the door.

We did not stay at this property as on arrival we found the property to have not been cleaned since the previous occupants. We switched on the lights to find bags of rubbish in the kitchen, which was the first red flag. We then opened the first bedroom door to find unmade beds with dirty linens on them. Not expecting much we found the second bedroom to be the same, dirty unmade beds. Finally we went to the bathroom where a pile of dirty towels was on the floor and the bath was not cleaned. We contacted host and stay who tried to contact the property owner. Finally after an hour of waiting we were told no one could come and clean the property and that we had to book somewhere else (at our own cost of time and money) and we would get a refund. I contacted booking.com who were and are still waiting for host to confirm refund. Will give it 2 more days before taking this further.
