Lovely village with loads to explore near and further afield. Warm and cosy

The living area was generous and socible. Too few glasses, bows, cutlery, decent size pans for 6 people. The bedding was tired.

Beautiful building, decorated well, perfect location, was 2 minutes from the start of our Coppatrek that we were doing. Would definitely go back. Beds could have been a bit more comfy.

The location was very convenient in the centre of the village with parking outside. The chapel has a quirky layout with the bedrooms downstairs, but it is very comfortable and relaxing. The open-plan living area upstairs is ideal for socialising. Although in the ensuite shower it was tricky to control the temperature, there was plenty of hot water and the bathroom shower was excellent. There were no serving dishes in the kitchen for salad or veg. There was a small outside patio with table and chairs and a washing line, but no key to open the back door, so disappointingly, we couldn't use it. We couldn't find the cooker and microwave instructions for a while- eventually they were located tucked out of sight between the microwave and the wall.

Really nice place. Lots of space and fully equipped and clean and very tastefully decorated. The village is also very nice with a couple of good pubs and lots of nearby walks.

Lovely place in a quiet village. Two pubs within walking distance, both of which did excellent food! We went walking every day for a week, we were never more than half an hour from the start of our walks so the location is excellent. Overall a great spot

Excellent space for our family; 3 adults & 2 kids. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space. We visited Chatsworth House and Bakewell, highly recommend both. Also we tried to find the nine ladies, but failed! We went to the Druid Inn on the last night, the venue is lovely however they must have a new chef because the menu was completely different to what’s in the accommodation guest folder, a bit more standard pub grub than up market meals, still tasty though!

Quirky and comfortable accomodation in a nice village. Great walk exploring the Druid caves which are a short walk from accomodation- two good local pubs close by Some of the dishes/pots and pans were dirty. Had to wash the dishes before using

Very well situated and lovely interior decoration A few problems with the shower and extractor fan . Neither bathroom fans seemed to be working and the shower in the bathroom needed resealing . Quite a bad leak in bottom left hand corner

Fantastic place, beautifully finished and in a lovely location. Great for exploring the area by day and relaxing in the evening.

Lovely space for living in - probably not suitable for young children, but great for us with older teenagers. A bit more local information ... and nothing for drying clothes on. Back door very stiff - had to lock it from the outside.

Nice sized space, well furnished, stylish decor, good showers. Easy to check in and relax in. In a lovely village, a good base for exploring. Beds not very comfortable unfortunately and no black out blinds, so harder to get a decent night's sleep. Kitchen could do with a couple of better pans (or bring your own if you're planning to cook a lot).

A lovely converted chapel with large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area which is ideal for socialising. Bedrooms are clean and comfortable. The property did provide towels which was a bonus. Outside seating area is very small indeed.

Very nice cottage in a lovely location. Great walks from the door. The Christmas tree that had been put up for our Christmas stay was also a very nice touch. We would happily recommend and return ourselves.

Lovely property in a great location. Good facilities, warm & comfortable for 6. Nicely decorated . Beds were a little firm & a few of the light bulbs didn't work

Set in a beautiful location with easy access to the peaks. There is absolutely loads of room and a well equipped kitchen. Lovely to have a proper big table to eat at as well as a nice sitting space with a TV

Lovely cottage, clean and welcoming. Food good at the Druid Inn. Only complaint was the mattress in smallest twin room - could feel the springs, wasn’t particularly comfortable.

Lovely converted Chapel. everything you need is there for a few days away. Good location at the south of the area so very easy to get to places. Simple to find and park outside with 2 pubs within 300m? Would stay again to explore more of the area.

Lovely and clean and everything we needed. On street parking was difficult especially later at night in the dark, couldn’t get parked outside of the property
