Newhaven is a brilliant place as it is only 20 minutes from Brighton or 20 minutes from Beachy Head, Eastbourne. When you look out of the windows you will see downs. The house feels modern and new and creates a cosy environment. There was nothing that I didn't like.

The flat is spacious and has all the ameneties that you would want. Unfortunately we were very dissapointed with out stay as upon arrival it is clear the flat had not really been cleaned. There was rotten food in the fridge, faeces on/in the toilet, general dust/grime everywhere etc. We contacted the company that runs property about this but they could only offer a cleaner a day after the arrival, not practical given that we needed to use the facilities that day, meaning we had to clean it. This really sullied our stay unfortunately.

Nice towels and clean bedding The property itself was okay, had everything you needed. The parking wasn’t so good as very congested in the area but that’s not their fault just the area.
