We had a great stay on Maple Drive with our 3 children (9, 7 and 22 months). My mum lives nearby and I grew up in Norwich so it was a great base to visit old friends and hang out in the area. Lovely house, well equipped and an enclosed garden (necessary for the toddler!) Short drive into town and easy to get out to the Broads within half an hour. Very much hope to return!

Our son was born premature and based in NICU at Norwich hospital so we needed to find a place quickly that felt like home. The booking team were lovely and supportive and the place certainly felt like home, lots of lovely home comforts and wonderful to have the garden space. The road was very quiet and the electric car charger was a definite bonus.

Very nice property very well laid out a fully equipped....you want for nothing. Good quality fittings throughout Worried about collecting keys as we sent a number of messages which were unanswered and we ended up trying to contact the owners after we had arrived. After some time they answered the phone and sent the key collection information

Ideal location with parking for 1 normal car or 2 very small cars. Within a few minutes walk of 2 bus stops into Norwich running every 10 minutes during the day (30 mins. on Sundays). Well appointed kitchen and equipment apart from only 4 mugs, plates etc. meaning dishwasher on every day as no washing up liquid provided. Lounge furniture comfortable and dining table adequate. Bedrooms a reasonable size each with comfortable but smallish double bed. Too many problems that should have been sorted before we arrived. Hosts unresponsive, not surprising as I understand they are based in the Philippines. 3 light bulbs not working, sticky blobs on kitchen working surfaces, Very dusty areas - window blinds, base of bedside lights in bedroom, fan in bathroom. Toilet seat loose and loo roll holder not attached to wall. Shower heads need descaling. Indoor plants dead or dying. Water pressure in boiler reported as low leading to boiler failure on Saturday morning. Woke to no heat on a very cold morning. We had to cut short our stay by 1 day. Some of these problems were reported on Sunday but it took numerous calls, text, messages before a maintenance person arrived on Wednesday. He was only asked to fix the dead bulbs, nothing else. Problem with curtains in lounge from which it appeared the linings were disintegrating leaving white mess on floor. If you have mobility problems stairs have narrow treads and are very steep, like old Victorian properties had with stairs going up the middle of the house. I would be very reluctant to rent another property if Host and Stay were the agents.

Lovely house, very well appointed. Cozy living room, spacious kitchen, good sized bedrooms. The street was quiet and a perfect location for us. Even had an electric car charger out front. Fabulous toilet seat ?

Beautiful family feel, maintained to a high standard. Little touches of personal items gave this little gem a comfortable warm homely family feeling of a snug hug. Loved it ?? Small issue with garden rubbish bin being full. A small note would be useful as to where to find appliance booklets. And a hoover. But minor issues.

The location was ideal for us, we chose this property to be close to family over Christmas. It's located on a quiet street with space to park on the driveway. There are plenty of shops within driving distance for groceries and Sloughbottom park, where we have run parkrun at previously, was only a short walk away. The house is very spacious, we are a family of 3 with a 3 year old and had ample space. Both bedrooms have double beds and lots of floor and storage space. The house was very well equipped and bursting with technology: electric reclining sofa (which we loved) and very large TV with a number of streaming apps, Sonos speakers, air fryer, coffee machine, nutribullet, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer etc, there really wasn't anything missing. The kitchen was really well stocked with utensils and crockery that it was easy to make meals in and there were some store cupboard essentials and cleaning equipment that we could use. Overall we would probably choose to stay here again and would recommend to others. When we first arrived at the property it felt really cold and had a bit of a stale smell as if no one had been there recently. There were also some cobwebs on the ceilings that needed a bit more cleaning. It was quite unwelcoming at first. We realized the boiler had no pressure and one of the thermostats on a radiator was broken. We managed to fix both (and also got a speedy reply from the company when we queried it) but later on in the week the boiler lost pressure again. I'd recommend that this gets looked at. It sometimes took a while (over 10 minutes) to get the shower to go hot first thing in the morning. We also couldn't really figure out the thermostat which seemed to display the same temperature regardless of whether we turned the radiators up or down so we struggled to get an optimal temperature for the house. We were staying for a week over Christmas, previously we have stayed in another rental property during the Christmas period who had put up some small decorations, these small touches really went a long way for us to have a great impression of the place - that would have been our first choice but it was already booked up.

Easy to find, just inside the inner ring road. A very well appointed property with good off road parking for two cars, lots of tech in the house which felt very modern. Everything was as described in the listing and some nice treats on arrival. Just one query was raised which was quickly replied to and resolved by the host, so great communication. Whilst a couple of miles from the city centre (but a lovely walk along the river) this was a worthwhile trade off as after a couple of minutes walk it is only 20-min on the bus (every 10-min or so) to the city centre so no hassle parking in the city. Recommended.
