Sleeping up to four guests, The Coach House, Apartment 2 is ideal for couples or small families looking for a coastal escape.
This welcoming apartment is located at the back of the property, up one flight of stairs. There is designated parking for the apartment which is a real bonus in Saltburn-by-the-Sea. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your self-catering needs, with utensils, pots, and pans, as well as essential appliances including a hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. The living area provides a comfortable space to unwind, with sofas for relaxation and a TV for watching streaming apps. The apartment features two bedrooms; one with a double bed, and one with twin single beds. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite and plenty of storage space where you keep your clothes tidy. The luxurious bathrooms are complete with walk-in showers, toilets, and sinks, and we provide towels, soap, and toilet rolls for your stay.

Saltburn has bus routes running to locations across North Yorkshire including Loftus, Middlesbrough, Redcar and Skelton-in-Cleveland. Teesside International Airport is 25 miles away from Saltburn by road.
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to The Coach House, Apartment 2 are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to check-in. Two private parking spaces are available on-site, a real rarity in Saltburn-by-the-Sea! One well-behaved dog is welcome to stay at The Coach House, Apartment 2 per reservation.
The Apartment itself was clean, spacious and close to the centre of town & the sea front. See our full review on Trust Pilot and Google: DO NOT BOOK WITH HOST & STAY! We made a mistake of selecting 'book now' when reserving- after contacting them EIGHT MONTHS before arrival and asking for a refund to rebook, with the pay later option they refused. Then in the week before arrival we were given no option but to take out their contents insurance for an additional £30 when we already had our own travel insurance! Then two days after arrival we were awoken at 9am by loud drilling and hammering from the flat below, which the owners had decided to renovate without any notice given to us. This carried on all day from 9am-5pm EVERY day for the rest of our stay! No apology, not even someone to check if we were being disturbed by the work- just workmen, building materials and dust all around the main entrance every time we'd had to leave the Apartment because it was intolerable staying inside! Not wanting to spend part of precious time off complaining and in continuous back and forth communications with Host & Stay, we chose to wait until we returned from our holiday to contact them. Beyond receiving bland platitudes from what was clearly an AI Customer Service Bot, Host & Stay certainly don't care and offered nothing in compensation! There customer service is appalling and we strongly urge anyone wanting to book a holiday on the East Coast to avoid booking with them if they can. Such a disappointing experience from start to finish!
Very clean new apartment. Difficult to find, it is behind Saltburn House Hotel, and to reach parking you must drive up the front of Saltburn House Hotel and you may need to move outdoor chairs. Check there is space before you drive up as it is tight parking area. On road parking was free, and close, but we wanted to park at the property for security, as we had equipment on top of the car.
