Awful still awaiting refund! Did not stay 5 minutes in the place. Filthy, unsafe, horrendous. should have environmental health inspection !

It was Very bad place to live house was Dirty? not Clean It was bad house Rooms not have a window cover Floor was dirty kitchen was dirty ther was not Table? or chairs in kitchen

Overall, everything was good, but the only problem was the bed mattress. They were very old that their spring came out and were very uncomfortable.

The size was perfect specially with kids And the area was perfect to all the attractions Overall the place was ok The issue were the mattress they were very uncomfortable we had to buy an inflatable And the entrance was just full of rubbish every morning

Good size apartment. Close to town The apartment needed.cleanig through out. Beds were old and very uncomforable. Pillow cases had towels in them acting as pillows.

Absolutely horrible place. Rubbish left outside, smell of sewage. mould in rooms.

The property was good value for money for what we got. The bed in the back bedroom very comfortable. Decent kitchen albeit lack of lighting. Potential for this property is good. Access was not very good....especially at night...very dark,no lighting. Parking not good as only permit parking, not accessible to us. Lighting poor throughout...very poor lighting throughout as majority of bulbs didn't work. Quite damp in places,especially in the lounge where one of our party was sleeping and was quite badly affected. When we arrived at about 3.30 pm the cleaning had not been done. However, Richard arrived quite shortly after our arrival, and did a good job. But it needs a thorough clean.....the shower drain is very very slow so we had to be careful it didn't flood. The outside frame of the shower needed really looking at. But overall the bathroom COULD be very good. The apartment has great potential. And for the price was okay. Attention to detail required.

Good location for Singleton Park Well equipped

Leaving the property 1st thing Sunday morning Didn't like anything....rats in the wall at front of house...used condoms in back garden covered in blood there were no double beds just single beds pushed together bed linen didn't fit and was dirty towels were dirty and so thankful we took our own....absolutely horrendous

Nothing really. Has to be the worst place we've ever stayed. The area, the entrance. Location was bad. There were rats outside the house. IT WAS DISGUSTING. Wrong information given on key collection. Reviews say others have gone through same thing. Horrible experience

once we got inside it wasn’t too bad except the floor was dirty. really bad part of town, the entry way was surrounded by trash and smelled like urine and a family of large rats live under the front steps (and like to look at you while you’re watching TV). the bed springs where pushing up making it really uncomfortable.

Spacious and comfortable. Good space for 4 people, even 5. Close to the city center We had payed way too much for what we got. We saw a mouse the first night we got in and rats outside the house and in the neighbourhood. We spent our stay disinfecting everything and we were not feeling comfortable eating and cooking. the tab in the bathroom must be fixed. we were getting soaking wet each time we tried to wash our hands.
