self catering. We didnt realise our entrance was down a passage. we spent quite a lot of time at the front door. the photo that was sent was of the front door and a keysafe. Needs a long mirror in the bedrooms please.
Information provided by the host was clear, concise & accurate; good recommendations of what to do in the local area. Location was fantastic, very central to the main town. I personally liked the decor. Very comfy beds & bedding. Kitchen was of a suitable size & had everything we needed. The shower was powerful. Sofa was very uncomfortable. Dark black hairs were on the mattress in the smaller of the two rooms. The toilet roll holder & toilet brush were broken. The light on the mirror in the bathroom didn't work. The master bedroom had the space for a dressing table, which would have been nice to sit out. Blackout blinds/curtains would have been a great addition. We had an issue upon arrival with the key safe not opening & getting stuck, & had to call for support. Upon leaving the property we spent ages trying to get the key safe open, but again, we encountered the same problem as we did upon arrival. When we called for support, the memeber of staff asked us to leave the key pushed slightly under the front door as the cleaner didn't have a spare key - I felt very uneasy doing this.
