Great location. Lots of space. A little lacking in personality but still nice. A few too messages from host and stay about checking in and out on time.

It is a lovely place to stay, right on the sea front and close to amenities in both Whitley Bay and Cullercoats (the latter being a 15/20 min walk). Worth knowing that dogs aren’t allowed on the beach outside the house from 1 May and over the summer months though as that caught us out. We had a lovely time, but overall a collection of small things (like the beach not being open to dogs, some housekeeping issues, check-in being late in the day at 4pm and check out being so early on the day of departure) took the shine off the experience a little, particularly given the very high price paid to stay on a bank holiday weekend.
